I saw this note & felt like sharing it. Whenever I´m angry & hurt I will pretend to be holding a balloon & let it go. When I´m very frustrated I might have to let go of quite many balloons a day. It´s a useful tool that will help you from getting medical depressed.
Exactly what I needed to read. Thank you,
Portia x
Happy to help : )

Preach!
This is so true, you should never hold things inside, eventually you will burst. If you let it go you will be so much happier
Indeed. Let it out & then let it go. Bitterness will only harm yourself.
very true!
Stumbled across that same quote the other day. I love it! Thanks for sharing.
You’re welcome : )

Let go and let live! good one x
exactly!
Brilliantly true. I found out the hard way. Holding onto anger, even if that anger is justified, stops you dead in your tracks. Anger stops you moving forward and stops you getting on with your life.
So you’re dead right. Let the balloon go and say no to anger.
I think that most of us go through that at some point, but with this tool we might save ourselves from hitting the wall again & again.
…or hitting each other:-)
LOL
Thank you for posting – what a great quote to have at the forefront of your mind. Monica, I was wondering if you could give me some advice. Your blog is so great and I adore it, you have a fantastic presence and I wanted to know how do you grow your readership? How do you gain new interest here? Love LA x
Hi there! Thank you so much! I try to read other blogs that I like & let them know that I appreciate what they are doing. Sometimes I make long comments, sometimes just a like. Following others is also a good way of showing that you like their work. Often the other bloggers stop by to see your work & then you just might get a like or a follower as well. Facebook is also useful. This way my personal network can also follow me & if they like it they will share it with their friends. Good luck!
Thank you very Much Monica – I do these things but probably not enough. Thanks for the advise, Take Care – I love your blog x
Thank you : ) It´s hard work, but fun also.
What a great way to release your anger. I will work on the visualization the next time I find myself either hurt or angry.
Thanks. It´s really useful. Good luck with it. When it´s really bad you should visualize all the great colorful balloons you´ve released up in the sky : )
I have nominated you for the Liebster Award.http://stylistsuzze.wordpress.com/2012/09/25/the-leibster-award/ Congrats!
